Hi!. This is Van Ron Puy. His charge was created in order to hide the disaster which supposed the presidence of Mr. Zapatero for the European Union within the rotatory turn of the european union Government.

They couldn't avoid or skip the turn of Mr. Rodriguez Zapatero and they decided to create this useless charge together Ashcroft's one...Who's worse...I don't know.
